Ramadan Kareem from all of us @Nurbhai and Co Accountants
Here are a few tips to stay alert and productive during the Holy month of Ramadan!
Here are some tips to stay productive during Ramadan:
Set yourself a day plan and follow it religiously. Plan out when to wake up, what time to leave to and from work, what you will do as soon as you get back from work, etc. Even if you’re just meant to take a nap, having it planned out will make sure that you do not waste your time..
Making sure your meal plan is balanced, nutritious, and healthy is one of the ways to maximize productivity during Ramadan. Food is the body’s fuel, so make sure what you’re eating is good. Eating healthy meals during iftar and suhoor will keep you active and motivated.
Stay hydrated by drinking at least eight glasses of water between Iftar and Suhoor. You can also drink soup, milk and other liquids to compensate for the liquid loss.
Seize Ramadan time to start habit forming and set yourself up for success. Patience with these worships will ultimately make you more productive and of most importantly will end you up in Jannah, insha Allah. I hope this helps everyone get the most out of this month!
